THE SCIENCE
Essential Amino Acids are organic compounds that come together to form proteins. Amino acids are basically the building blocks of protein. One of the main functions of amino acids are to repair and grow muscle tissue. Essential amino acids are not produced by the body like many other amino acids and therefore must be consumed in your daily diet to ensure the body receives the adequate amount to function properly.I

Supplementing with Essential Amino Acids has been shown through clinical research to be more effective than consuming whole protein or any other combination of amino acids on muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth). While data suggests BCAAs are effective at supporting muscle repair and growth, it is EAAs that show significantly greater increases in muscle protein synthesis.I
